Price action से Demand और Supply Zones को पहचानना और उन्हें trading में use करना।

3. What is a Demand Zone? (Buyers Active Zone)

• वो area जहाँ से price sharply ऊपर गया
• वहाँ strong buying interest होता है
• Future में जब price वापिस वहाँ आएगा, buyers फिर active होंगे

Identifying Clues:

• Sharp rally starts
• Base (small candles) → Big green candles
• Volume buildup

4. What is a Supply Zone? (Sellers Active Zone)

• वो area जहाँ से price sharply नीचे गिरा
• वहाँ strong selling pressure होता है
• Future में price वापिस वहाँ पहुँचते ही गिर सकता है

Identifying Clues:

• Price consolidates
• Suddenly big red candle + volume
• That consolidation = supply zone

5. Example:

Stock: Infosys (15-min chart)

• Price consolidates at ₹1450-1460
• Sharp rally to ₹1510
• Demand Zone = ₹1450-1460
• जब price ₹1462 तक गिरा, वहीं से फिर ₹1500 तक गया

Trade Plan:

• Entry near ₹1460
• SL: ₹1445 (below zone)
• Target: ₹1500
• RR: Excellent (Risk ₹15, Reward ₹40)

6. How to Draw Zones:

Demand Zone:

• Base candle से sharp rally candle को देखो
• उस base का top-bottom rectangular box बनाओ

Supply Zone:

• Consolidation से sharp fall candle
• उस base area को mark करो rectangle से

7. Best Timeframes:

• Swing traders: 1-hour, 4-hour, Daily
• Intraday traders: 15-min, 30-min

8. Entry Signals (Confirmation):

• Hammer / Bullish Engulfing at Demand
• Shooting Star / Bearish Engulfing at Supply
• Volume spike + rejection wick

9. आज का Task:

1. 3 stocks के charts खोलो (15-min या 1-hour)
2. Demand और Supply zones को mark करो
3. देखो क्या price उन zones से react कर रहा है
4. Hypothetical trade बनाओ: Entry, SL, Target
5. Screenshot लो और trading journal में लिखो
